Let’s figure out what’s really going on—together.

You don’t have to figure everything out before reaching out. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, fertility concerns, hormonal changes, or simply not feeling like yourself, this is a place to be supported, listened to, and receive care that meets you where you are.

Through acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and nutritional supplements, I work to get to the root of what’s contributing to your symptoms and support your body’s natural ability to regulate and begin healing. This is care that produces results while also supporting long-term balance and well-being.

You don’t have to arrive with answers, just a willingness to begin.

Together, we look at what your body is communicating, and I will create a treatment plan that is individualized, supportive, and focused on producing real results.

Hi, I’m Jen,
the acupuncturist.

I became an acupuncturist after my own experience of being dismissed around chronic pain and told there was nothing more that could be done. When I finally found acupuncture, it was life-changing. I knew I wanted to help others experience that same shift—what it feels like to truly feel well again.

For over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women through some of the most meaningful—and often challenging—chapters of their lives.

My work with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine is rooted in women’s health, supporting patients through fertility, perimenopause, and beyond.

“This is always the best part of my week.”

“Jen is fabulous at her job and makes you feel calm and at ease during each appointment. I’m so lucky I found her! Thanks Jen!”
